From a simple idea to a statewide movement.
The Beginning
Crossroads Mathematics began with the debut of the 2024 TSMC 10, created by founders Hrishabh Bhowmik and Alex Gao.
The contest accrued many positive reviews for its extraordinary problem quality and received high ratings on the Mathdash platform.
Seeking Excellence
To continue sharing our passion through unique problem concepts, our team recruited long-time mathletes Arjun Raman, Bryan Yu, and Ekansh Malhotra.
Together, we created one of the highest quality mocks of 2025, the INMC 10.
However, releasing mocks wasn't just enough for our team; we realized there was a much larger goal. We wanted to share our passion for competitive mathematics with every student in Indiana.
Expanding Indiana's Horizon
At the start of 2026, we held several competitions, an in-person one and an online one, gathering 50+ competitors and expanding our reach to statewide events inspiring Hoosiers everywhere.
Carmel Invitational
Spring Online Open
Over the summer of 2026, our team held a free 5-day hands-on summer camp for elementary and middle schoolers to dive into fascinating mathematical topics less taught in school, such as game theory and numerical intuition, which gathered twenty students to celebrate math and solve problems together.
Crossroads Summer Camp
Our week-long immersive training experience focused on numerical intuition and competition strategy, provided at no cost to the community.
The Road Ahead
To continue expanding our influence, we aim to hold even more online and in-person competitions to further strengthen Hoosier opportunities and events.
In the coming months, we aim to organize camps, workshops, and clubs across the state, catalyzing prosperity in math and STEM fields in the years to come!
